Returns Policy: Here at Shug we want our valued customers to be happy with their purchased goods.  We do offer a 14 day Returns Policy.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased goods please contact us immediately where we will arrange for a replacement or  issue a full refund once the goods have been returned to us unopened and in a satisfactory condition.

 We do ask that you contact us with your concerns by using the "Contact Us" section on our website. We will then respond as soon as possible.

With regards to the Beauty Products and Wedding Favours unfortunately due to hygienic reasons we are not able to accept returns due to colour, style/design or fragrance.

We do endeavour to package goods in a protected way as not to suffer any damage in transit.  If the products do arrive in a defective unsatisfactory condition we ask that you contact us immediately and return the goods to us within 14 days where we will offer a replacement of the product or a full refund.  If returning damaged goods Shug will cover all postage costs.
